Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum duration of the contract?

Our contracts have a minimum duration of 2 months. We do not offer a tourist rental option in our rooms.

Is a deposit required to reserve the room?

A one month deposit is required to reserve a room.

This deposit will be returned within a maximum of 30 working days after the end date of the contract once our team has checked that there is no damage to the room or the flat, that all contractual rules have been complied with during the stay and that there are no excesses in the monthly utilities consumption.

The deposit cannot be used for the payment of the monthly rent.

What are the costs included in the monthly rent?

The costs and services included are:

  • Weekly cleaning of common areas
  • Unlimited high-speed Internet
  • Utilities: water/electricity/gas (electricity costs up to 30€ per person)
  • Maintenance service

Expenses and services with supplement:

  • Sheets and towels (optional)
  • Periodic cleaning of the room (optional)

Not included:

  • Maintenance and repair of damage caused by negligence
Are there co-living rules in the flats?

Yes, there are rules of co-living in all the flats, which are included in every contract. All tenants are obliged to respect the rules of co-living.

Is it possible to register in the flat? (Empadronamiento)

To register in the flat you need a rental contract of at least 6 months. Please inform our team at the time of making the contract, so that we can send you all the necessary information for the registration.

How does the weekly cleaning of the common areas work?

We take care of the weekly cleaning of the common areas, to ensure the correct cleaning of the flat and to avoid cleaning schedules for our tenants.

However, each tenant is obliged to leave the common areas tidy and clean after each use.

What should I do if there is an issue in the flat?

In the event of any technical issue in the flat, just let us know and we will take care of it with our maintenance technicians so that they can solve the issue as quickly as possible.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, nor in the rooms.

In flats or rooms with a terrace, smoking is only allowed outside the flat.

Are couples allowed?

Not all rooms are suitable for couples, as it depends on the capacity of the house and the facilities. If you need a room for couples, please let us know so that we can indicate the available options.

Are pets allowed?

Out of respect for all tenants and co-living, we do not allow pets in our flats.
